Quilter is pleased to announce two new appointments to its Executive Committee.
Jo Harris will join Quilter in January 2026 in the newly created role of chief customer officer, subject to regulatory approval. Jo brings extensive experience from senior roles across wealth management, retail and private banking, most recently as CEO for the Mass Affluent business at Lloyds Banking Group.
Harris will focus on enhancing Quilter’s brand, evolving its proposition and leveraging technology and automation to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Her appointment reaffirms Quilter’s ambition to build a differentiated, trusted customer brand and to be a leading advocate on issues that matter most to its customers by championing initiatives that make financial planning simpler, more accessible and more valuable for every stage of life.
Quilter is also delighted to announce the appointment of Margaret Ammon as its new group chief risk officer, subject to regulatory approval. Ammon will join Quilter in Q1 2026, bringing over 25 years’ experience in risk management having held senior roles at Old Mutual Asset Managers, Schroders, M&G and most recently as Global CRO at Legal & General Asset Management.
Margaret Ammon will take responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of Quilter’s risk management framework, building on the work established by Nick Sacre-Hardy who has been interim CRO since October 2024.
