Quilter plc appoints Chris Hill as independent Non-executive Director

Quilter plc (“Quilter” or the “Company”) today announces the following Board changes:

  • Chris Hill has been appointed as an independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from Thursday 7 March 2024. On appointment, Hill will also join the Board Audit Committee and Board Remuneration Committee.
  • Tazim Essani and Paul Matthews have both notified the Board that they will not seek re-election at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 23 May 2024 and will both step down as independent Non-executive Directors of the Company at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM.
  • Tim Breedon, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee, will assume the role as Workforce Engagement Director with effect from Thursday 23 May 2024.
