Quilter Cheviot launches new client app and portal

Quilter Cheviot has today announced it has launched a brand new client app and portal to help clients keep track of their investments.

Replacing legacy versions, both the app and the portal have been designed to help improve client experience and make it easier from them to access their investment portfolios online in a more seamless and efficient way. The usability of the app and portal has been upgraded to give clients a more modern interface when tracking the performance and value of their investments.

Built by the same team behind the hugely successful Quilter customer app, both of Quilter Cheviot’s new digital solutions have also undergone extensive testing amongst clients and will bring increased security features via biometric login, as well as a personalised feed of news and client events.

To date the Quilter app has achieved 165,000 downloads, processes more than one million log ins per month and is currently rated 4.8 stars (out of five) on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Later this year, Quilter Cheviot expects to launch a version of these online services to financial advisers, allowing them to access details on their clients’ investments in a more streamlined manner.
