Quilter has announced the appointment of Sam Christopher as proposition director, responsible for leading the development and delivery of Quilter’s proposition across platform, investment and advice. Sam will join the business in December 2025, reporting to Steve Gazard, Quilter’s chief distribution officer.
Christopher joins Quilter from 7IM, where she served as head of platform, overseeing the platform service function, experience team and proposition development.
With more than 20 years in the platform, wealth and advice profession, Christopher brings extensive sector knowledge, innovation and a proven track record in leadership roles at 7IM, Fidelity International, M&G Plc and L&G. Her experience positions her strongly to drive and execute Samantha is well positioned to enhance and execute the strategy for Quilter’s proposition across platform, investment and advice, supporting financial advisers and their clients.
