Quilter has marked the graduation of its new advisers from Quilter Academy’s 2025 cohorts, having successfully qualified 124 new advisers in 2025 via the Academy. The graduation recognises their achievements to date as they further progress their regulated roles.

This year’s ceremony took place at The Bloomsbury Hotel London, with attendees including graduates, Academy colleagues and senior leaders from across Quilter.
Quilter chief executive Steven Levin and academy director Chris Jones addressed the group, outlining the importance of continued professional support as graduates begin their careers in advice.

The Academy continues to attract candidates from a broad range of sectors with recent graduates coming from the military and navy, professional sport, hospitality and senior management roles. Their experiences reflect the Quilter’s aim of widening access to financial advice and encouraging people to retrain at different career stages.

The Quilter Academy was created from the evolution of the Quilter Financial Adviser School. It now combines Level 4 qualification training with structured development programmes to support the transition into practice and has helped more than 500 advisers enter the profession to date.

Chris Jones, academy director at Quilter, said:

“Graduating from the Academy is a significant achievement and this cohort should be proud of the standards they have reached. Retraining for a new profession is demanding, and they have shown the focus and resilience needed to build long‑term careers in financial advice.

"What stands out is the breadth of experience they bring with them. That diversity will strengthen the support we provide to clients and help address the growing need for high‑quality regulated advice across the UK. I’m looking forward to seeing the contribution they make as they move into practice and to supporting their development as they progress.”
