This World Menopause Day wealth manager, Quilter, is pleased to announce a new partnership with menopause support app, Stella, to offer free, personalised care to every employee and their families.

Stella, created by Vira Health, provides high-quality menopause care plans and support from trained experts to help manage an individual’s specific menopause symptoms. The app helps people understand their stage of menopause, why symptoms are happening and what can help, and recommends tailored exercises and psychological techniques to help build healthy habits.

Stella is a significant addition to Quilter’s wellbeing offering, and every Quilter colleague will have access to the app. This access can be extended to a colleague’s loved one if they do not personally need the support.

In addition to the new partnership, this month Quilter Cheviot is running a webinar series on the Female Financial View, aimed at transforming women’s financial futures and raising awareness of the challenges that many face in their personal, professional and financial journey during menopause.

The next webinar is due to take place on 24 October and will feature Dr Dawn Harper, a practicing NHS GP, alongside Quilter Cheviot experts, who will discuss the physical and mental impact of the menopause.

Quilter’s launched its menopause and gynaecological policy and guide in 2022. It aims to support colleagues experiencing menopausal symptoms or other gynaecological heath issues.

Tosin James-Odukoya, head of inclusion and diversity at Quilter, says:

“We aim to do all we can to support people transitioning through the menopause, and our partnership with Stella will provide Quilter colleagues and their loved ones with quality, tailored care. Supporting our colleagues during menopause is a collective effort, and we are pleased to be expanding our offering with such a beneficial resource.

“There is no reason for the menopause, or anything related to women’s health, to be taboo or carry stigma, and we remain committed to raising awareness of the common experiences during menopause and supporting our colleagues and their loved ones through what can be a challenging time.”

Andrea Berchowitz, Vira Health co-founder, says:

"There are currently around 13 million perimenopausal or menopausal people in the UK. Vira Health created Stella, an online menopause clinic designed specifically for workplaces.

“We are proud to partner with Quilter and offer personalised menopause care to their UK employees coping with symptoms. We help with lifestyle change support, clinical appointments and medication so employees can get everything they need to manage menopause."
